The context eludes me (Medicare spending? Average hospital bill?), but it does appear to be the bastard dentist's fault.
What perspective should this give us?
My brother is a periodontist. People pay in cash or credit card. He has a new Nissan GTR. Has anyone driven that car? GD it's a screamer.
That everyone is responsible for the mess.
So when the irony is not lost on you that a system you despise compensates you so well, remember that everyone pushed you into it (including yourself).
It looks like some are more responsible than others. I certainly accept my share of the blame.
