What in the world!?...are you saying my comments are like relieving myself on a fire hydrant. Well, I'll just say that SOME posts deserve that treatment. Thanks for the warm holiday wishes.

Hi Thai. (repeat the previous sentence three times)

Thai, I'm already involved in a few charities that have special meaning and value to me. There is certainly joy in giving time and money to others, a nice diametric to filthy lucretism.

Amen

So you didn't comment on my theory that teams/social institutions are really Bose-Einstein condensates.

Thoughts?

And I am curious to get your thoughts on where we are in the health debate.

Be well

And most importantly, I hope you and your kin had a nice Christmas.

Deb, this reminded me of prior conversations... agreed it does not address isolation/loneliness but it is related

Hope your Christmas went well

LOL, Thai, my Christmas was a little tense ; I will post later. Tense but enjoyable.
For brain training...
I HATE exercise in any and all forms.
Organized (but mindless...) activity of that kind bores me out of my mind.
Maybe... dementia is a form of terminal boredom.
Or disguised depression, I suggest.
I keep "fit" by playing the piano.
Sure, it doesn't help me remember names, but..
I would rather remember music and notes than names anyway.
Besides.. who wants to be old-age perfect ?
I don't give a shit.
Happy New Year coming up...
